At FitSELF - I don't use the word 'diet' - instead, I work with you to PLAN your meals so they're enjoyable, easy to prepare, nutritious and timed to fit in with your schedule.

All calories are not created equal. FitSELF takes the mystery out of calorie counting so you can spend more time enjoying your food, not measuring it. 

Macros

Proteins, carbohydrates, fats - all necessary, all used in certain ways. FitSELF simplifies the process of understanding what, how much and when.

Timing

No carbs, after 6pm?? Fasted exercise?? FitSELF will plan your meals in the optimal way to fit your life, your needs and your enjoyment.

Frequency

Not everyone has time for 6 meals a day... So FitSELF takes all aspects of your life (including your social life) to ensure you get the food you need, when you need it.

FitSELF helps solve the challenge of eating on the go - whether that's business travel, conferences or vacation, guidance can be provided to help you stay on track and keep getting results. 

alcohol

At FitSELF, I'm very aware that alcohol is a part of a regular day-to-day life. As much as it would be ideal to cut alcohol completely, consideration is taken into meal planning to accommodate a business entertainment or social life as much as possible.

adherence

There is little value in prescribing overly restrictive meal plans if a client is unlikely to follow them. Therefore I work closely with you to ensure a balance of nutritious meals that include the foods you love.
