FitSELF online coaching is very flexible and cost-effective. It works well for people who are time constrained, travel or live further away.
All components of the training programs are held in a cross-platform mobile / online app - enabling you access them 24/7 no matter where in the world you are.
Programmes will give you access to training methods, nutritional guidance and supplement protocols - all at a comparable cost of traditional One-on-One personal training.
