Being able to focus in a world governed by a requirement to multi-task is a skill in itself. However adapting a 'one-thing-at-a-time' approach will ensure a more productive and optimal outcome.

Mindfulness is the act of concentrating on your breathing, being aware of your breath and being aware of what is going on around you in the present moment. The more you practice, the more the simplicity of it becomes clear.
