Program design

Using a progressive training approach, no matter what our client's goals are, programs are bespoke to individual needs and designed to take each trainee through a series of phases/development. 

NewSELF

Entry level 8-12 week program for new or inexperienced trainees primarily focussed on fat-loss and setting a basis for ongoing progress

BetterSELF

An intermediate level for those with 1-2 years exercise experience, or the next phase on the FitSELF progressive journey  

StrongerSELF

Third progressive phase focussing on strength, hpyetrophy/muscle building/toning. Perfect for any trainee who has hit a plateau

SpecialSELF

Specialist programs for specific sports condidtioning; photo shoot or contest prep; functional training; or other specific client needs

MOBILITY

Mobility training benefits any type of workout but is often neglected. With more mobility, you will be less likely to develop chronic injuries or hit plateaus. 

strength & conditioning

There are amazing benefits from strength training to be had - it's not just about appearance. These include maintaining muscle tissue as we age, improved bone density and control of body fat

CARDIO

Cardio is any exercise that intentionally increases your heart rate. As well as improving heart health benefits include improved metabolism and recovery ability.
